Justin David Pate Pate, Justin David He was an LSU student and a resident of Baton Rouge. His date of death has not yet been determined. He was 24 and a native of Indianapolis. There will be a private funeral service for the family with interment to follow in Greenoaks Memorial Park. He is survived by his parents, Gary and Angela Pate; maternal grandparents, Leroy and Katie Dearinger; paternal grandparents, Frank and Evelyn Pate; and two brothers, Gary Anthony "Tony" Pate and wife Dana Pate, and Jared Matthew Pate.
