Any one have data of Pate graves or death records in Potter Co TX? Specifically looking for- William H Pate b 10 May 1821 d 4 Dec 1908. He probably was son of James M Pate and Marina Gay of Randolph Co AL. Given his 1821 date of birth he was probably born in Fayette Co GA before his parents relocated to Randolph Co AL. He perhaps married twice. 1st to Mary D. McCrimen. Married 11 Dec 1845 in Chambers Co AL (Bk 3, Pg 3B) Her surname also has been rendered as McRimon, McRinon, and even McKinnon 2nd married Elise Henderson 6 Nov 1896 in Potter Co He apparently was enumerated in the 1900 census of Potter Co TX. See Page 195, Enum Dist 90, sheet 12, Amarillo, site 236/236. W H Pate 79 W/M Shoemaker b GA May 1821 Elise Pate 51 W/F md 4 years b Sweden Aug 1848 >From TX Death Index I think she (Elsie) died 30 Oct 1930 in Potter Co. Any help appreciated Joel
