trying to locate a relative in the Biloxi, MS---victim area.....she is a great aunt....present name is Ruby Qualls..........now, only facts: James William Hansel PATE, b.1914, OK....md. Ruby (?)--don't have date, but could have been OK/AR/TX marriage. James died in Tulare/Visalia/CA, 1976-78, buried there too I think.....James & Ruby had one daughter, and I would like to know her name, because Ruby was living only steps away from this only daughter in Biloxi. Ruby had remarried, and now is divorced, thus the name "Qualls". I don't have ex-husband's name either. I have placed Ruby's name & address on the web for this search, and another of our relatives, called it in to MS authorities. if anyone has access to any of these state births database, and can find any thing to help....then thanx a bunch... deborah -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
