Russell P Baker. It's a pretty funny story actually. I had been told that this man named Baker who knew a lot about families in our area would be at the local library next month, so I googled him. He had recently retired from the Arkansas Historical Commission as an Archivist and written a some books. Then I noticed he was coordinator for this "Standridge Reunion" I had never heard of before. Turns out we both descend from Temperance Strandridge! LOL I get to meet him in a couple of weeks. The nicest things have just fallen into place lately. Think I'll enjoy it while it lasts... Lynn...you are in Fayetteville? Are you a James & Rosanna descendant?
