Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work! - Aristotle It was a pleasure working with you on this little project, John - and luckily Picasa does have help files available for those who might want to venture into this kind of sharing. I've attached a link to my Picasa site. My last test was to email this link to myself and see if it works. It did, my fingers are crossed. This site is not as easy to surf as the DropShots site, but once you figure out how to navigate, you can download full size digital images, not just a thumbnail. I am a descendant of William Pate and Temperance Parkerson, James Holt and Mary Pate, Hardy Tippett and Nancy Holt, John D. Tippett and Eleanor B. Tippett, Larkin Wilson and Clara M. Tippett, and my parents John Robinson and Willouise Wilson. The "Robinsons of England" album does not contain Pate descendants, my Grandfather was Norman Robinson and my Great Grandfather was John William Robinson. I believe the rest of the folks pictured are Pates or married Pates. My "person" photos start with John D. Tippett and family, cousins, friends and other unidentified folks. If anyone can help me identify the unknown folks I would appreciate the information. I have other photographs with names; however, I do not know how these folks fit into the Pate family. They may just have been close friends and neighbors? I plan to add another album of photos received from other Pate descendants. These are email size and I hope to eventally replace them with high quality scans, with the help of the photo's custodian. Thank you all for sharing these priceless photos. I have other photographs in my collection not posted on this site. Happy to share.
