Cora L. Pate FAYETTEVILLE - Ms. Cora Lee Pate, 103, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, May 18, 2010, in Carolina Inn at Village Green. Graveside services will be held today, Thursday, May 20, 2010, at 11 a.m. in Cross Creek Cemetery, with Eastland Gray of Village Baptist Church officiating. Ms. Pate was born June 5, 1906 in Nashville, Tenn. She was a member of Village Baptist Church until her health began to fail. She was preceded in death by her husband, Malloy C. Pate Sr.; son, Malloy C. Pate Jr.; and daughter, Martha Pate. She is survived by her grandchildren, Clinton Wade (Lisa) Pate, Bonnie Caroline Pate and John Terrence (Jeanette) Pate; great-grandchildren, Stewart Pate, Christopher Pate, Jonathon Pate, Lauren Pate and Katie (Shawn) Wyatt; great-great-grandchildren, Sophia Wyatt and Dylan Wyatt; and special friends, Linda Griffin, Carla Council and Donald C.
