I've had good responses to some inquiries and no responses to others. I've had people send me tons of great stuff and even go look up things for me, on their own. And I've sent tons of stuff on to others. It really varies. Helps to be specific & give lots of information in message. I've also had good luck posting on message boards for counties or surnames. Sometimes takes months before someone comes along & answers you. May be good for people who don't want 800 emails a day! However, look on the bright side: Reading emails fast, fast, faster can really pick up your speed reading. Susan in San Jose
