Welcome Dennis! I just had a nice story told to me today and I hope you all don't mind if I repeat it here. I was chatting with this lady when one thing led to another. I told her about my hobby of genealogy. She in turn told me how "Someone" had looked up her family tree. But the best part was that she said there was a family story abiout her grandfather coming through Ellis Island that. He was Polish and there was a Scotsman with 14 children. She said the Scotsman had no shoes and they put you in jail for not having shoes. Well her grandfather had an extra pair of shoes and gave them to the Scot. The Scot then offered him his bagpipe, which her grandfather refused. The Scot then gestured to give the shoes back. Neither speaking the others language communicated that one could not accept the shoes without payment of the bagpipe in return. She states her family still has the bagpipe and the children get it out occasionally and try to play it. I wonder if anyone would be that kind in todays world? Cindy Ormond Bch.FL
