Would anyone know where I might locate a biographical sketch of this person who was a State legislator from Susquehanna County 1830's. I am still trying to locate my gg grandfather whose name was Charles Chandler. I don't believe the legislator is my relative but would like to be able to definitely rule him out. Jan in Florida
