Hi from Ohio..here's an off-the-wall question for you. Do you know anything about the author of the Ingalls genealogy you quoted? Janet had mentioned before that someone named Charles Burleigh wrote one, and that just happens to be the name of my great-great grandfather, who was born in Great Bend in 1832. Looking for his family is the only reason I've been on this list for a couple of years now, and I still haven't seen him! Does the book give the date and place it was published? Any clues?
