Here is an exerpt from the History of Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania by Rhamanthus M. Stocker, 1887: "Susquehanna being a border County, many of her sons enlisted in New York and other states,.....the writer having to depend on the personal recollection of comrades." What I have is a roster of Co. H, 4th Pa Reserves. Some of these were Susquehanna County men, my gr-gr-grandfather Joseph L. Reynolds was one. Here are some of the names: Capt. E.B.
