"wayne susquehanna" <dickey.pa@draac.com> wrote ***** Ancestry has NO census data for Susquehanna and Wayne Counties after the year 1850. ***** On the 1850 Wayne Co. census, there is NO Sterling township. There is only St. Erling township (and it's missing people). I think that I can safely say that more than half of the Wayne Co and a reasonable portion of the Susquehanna Co census for 1850 is on my web site. (including Sterling Twp) http://www.dsdata.com.au/genealogy/nepa/census1850.html There is data from a few townships for 1870 and 1910. Unlike USGENWEB the site is created using addressable web pages and is fully indexed for ALL names. There are entries I have not been able to read - but I have made a number of corrections when informed of them - and will continue to do so. OTOH the site is in the process of being moved (though the URL will not change) as I have run out of space with the current provider. Hopefully the census portion of the site will remain up in the transistion. If you encouneter problems over the weekend try again in a couple of days. There is a fair bit of other information related to Northeastern PA. Fred Myers fredwm@perth.dialix.oz.au
