My gg Grandfather, Dennis Shay, was in Co. B. 17th Regiment of Penn. Cav. Vol. B. Enlisted 15 Sept. 1862, discharged 16 June 1865. Also, my gg Grandfather, Patrick Co(u)lter, was a 2nd Class Private in the Signal Corp, U.S. Army Volunteers, Cumberland Regiment, Chattanooga, TN. Any info on either of these?
