Allean: It's been 15 years or more but I believe my memory is serving me correct! Hillcrest is located on the outskirts of Binghamton, NY (Broome County)in the area of Port Dick (Port Dickinson). Running on the North side of Binghamton is a highway known locally as Rt. 7. I believe it is also known now as I88. (off Interstate 81 North you would take the 4N exit). This road will take you directly into Hillcrest.
