Andra LaDelle Wilbur of Brackney, Pa. married 1885, Charles William Tiffany M.D., born 1859 in Harford, Pa. to William Coy and Louisa Coman Tiffany. Charles received his MD from the University of New York in 1881 and practiced at Brackney, Pa. William Coy Tiffany was admitted to the Susquehanna County Bar in 1834 and practiced law until 1862. In April of that year,his wife Louisa , age 41 died. In May, their son Volney, 19 was killed at the battle of Fair Oaks, and William Coy brought his children Ellen17, Alpha 12,George 10, and Charles, 3 back to the family farm in Harford , built a new house across the Creek road for Paris, wife and family. . .Their oldest son, Paris Eugene Tiffany, born 1840, married in 1860, Abigail Blackington , daughter of Manley and Emeline Sweet Blackington of Harford. Paris and Abigail were my great grand parents , lived in Harford and raised nine children. Ellen married 1869, J.M. Spaulding . S.P..Alpha married 1875 Cassius Carpenter , had a son Clair C. b.1876. George, married Libbie Sayboutz and had three daughters, Ella, Maude and Addie. There are no children listed for Andra and Charles. The Medical History in Stockers Centennial contains on page 167 ,a paragraph on Charles William Tiffany M.D. and Andra LaDelle Tiffany .
