The PA Vital Records Department is in New Castle. Suggest you bookmark http://vitalrec.com/index.html, which provides information on finding vital records in every state. However, between 1893 and 1906, death records were kept by the county and would have to be obtained there. After 1906, New Castle is the place to go.
