Am wondering where I can write for a non-certified (genealogical use only) death record for a great-aunt of mine. Not exactly sure of year of death, so will require a search...maybe a ten-year search. Jeannette RiJe6365@aol.com
Greetings, I have the following detailed Genealogical Biographies transcribed on my site: Jenkins-Jeffries-Lee Family Page http://www.geocities.com/geojenk/ Western Pennsylvania Family Groups. These are groups of families that settled in the W. Pa. area from other parts of the world and the US. The genealogies are quite detailed! The info provided is very detailed. Some of them have photos plus there are more than these in that section as I am still working on it. Gorham Family Rose Family Densmore Family Wigman Family Mayer Family Lovett Family Dorleman Family Burkman Family Diehl Family Sherwin Family Brennan Family Wagner Family Butler Family Holosnyay Family Ball Family Lippert Family Herbel Family Adams Family Boyle Family Kennedy Family Walker Family Speer Family Spillman Family Augustin Family Englehardt Family Morgan Family Rothrauff Family McGreevy Family Hissrich Family Koughan Family Knox Family Wagner Family White Family McWilliams Family Longmore Family Flanagan Family McCombs Family Porter Family Maurhoff Family Edgar Family Leard Family Dunbar Family Morris Family King Family Gephardt Family Jones Family. I just completed 40 more additions. There is also a very large collection of old pics of McKeesport circa 1930s My site is not commercial. This is info I have come across while doing research on my hometown that I want to share. These are located in my "All Things McKeesport" Section This is a onetime post to let listers know my resource material is available and constantly being added to. Please bookmark and check often. Ya never know :) Good Luck!! George Jenkins
Hello all As the responses to my query about the census index pages was uniformly positive to include more information, I have updated the pages to include the age of each person at the time of the census. Comments and suggestions welcome. Fred -- _-_|\ Frederick W. Hello all 1850 Manchester Twp Wayne Co I now know where "Firehair" found many of her Kellam ancestors. But there is at least one listed in the census she didn't tell me about :-( 1880 Gibson Twp Susquehanna Co I don't normally post partial transcriptions. But this is where my ancestors come from. And because the data for 1850 and 1910 is already posted it takes a bit longer as I check for cross connections. Which if your think I have wrong - please let me know. OTOH - if you can tell me about some that I have missed...... I have noticed that among the more common surnames - the same Christian names keep appearing. Is there a consensus on whether I should include the age along with the person's name in the index? Enjoy. Fred -- _-_|\ Frederick W. Hi I have some Kellam ancestry in my family from Conn., later Wayne Co. They were originally from England and spelled Kilham..think Austen Kilham is the first one I have..is this familiar to anyone here? My ancestor , Mary Kellam married Derrick Lukens. in Wayne Co . Paula
Thanks for all your hard work, Fred. My personal opinion re posting the age is that it would help separate two people with the same name. Jan in Florida P.S. I just had my son set up a web site for me for genealogy related information. The link will is htt p://myfamilytree.hypermart.net.

Dear Sharon, Is your Rev. J.B. Cook buried somewhere around Carbondale, Dundaff, Clifford, or Welsh Congregational? If you know, I would be glad to go to the cemetery and check his wife's name for you. As you know, Rev. Daniel Daniels is buried at Welsh Congregational; he married my grandparents. Let me know, and I will be glad to help you. Have you checked with Marian? I am searching for any information on GGGrandfather, John Gow 1782-1843, & his wife, Margaret ? 1784-1844, memorial stones are in Harford Cem. PA, it is said they died in Newburgh NY. No records can be found on either of them. They were both born in Scotland, moved to NIreland where their 9 children were born, most of which buried in Harford. Would appreciate greatly any information anyone has, I am at a dead-end. Thank you Rosemary (Gow) May Florida
In a copy of the "Welsh Congregationalist in PA" there was a bio on a Rev J. B. Cook, who married a sister of Rev Daniel DANIELS on 1 Dec 1847. Unfortunately, the sister's name was not provided. Rev. Cook was associated primarily with Carbondale and Danville. My gggrandfather was Rev Daniel DANIELS, who spent his early life in Carbondale, and was pastor of the Welsh Congregational Church, Clifford Twp, Susquehanna Co from 1850-1893. Below are his "marital status unknown" sisters: Mary Daniels b: Abt. 1810 Winifred Daniels b: Abt. 1819 Angharad/Margaret Daniels b: January 27, 1824 in Llanguick, Glamorgan, Wales d: Bef. 1897 Ann/Ruth Daniels b: April 06, 1826 in Llangiwg, Glamorgan, Wales d: Bef. 1897 Does anyone know which sister he married, and/or any additional information about him/his family? Any help appreciated. Sharon
