    1. Re: George Reynolds
    2. Hi, I've got a lot on some of the the older George Reynolds, but not much on yours. However, you might want to compare notes with this person. Her ancester, Dutee Reynolds, was the brother of my George Reynolds who was b. ca 1753. She has an Albert Reynolds, too, maybe you're connected. Good Luck, Susan Subj: Anthony Reynolds Date: 99-04-11 17:30:42 EDT From: Barlath To: SuznKelley Hi, Thanks for getting back to me so quickly and sending so much information. I don't know how it all fits, but I'm sure there is a connection. Twenty or so years ago, long before I became interested in geneology, my uncle Frank spent some time investigating the Reynolds line. He passed away a few years ago, and I'm trying to understand some of the notes he wrote. Also wondering about the identity of people in old photographs. He made a note about Albert Duty Reynolds saying that he was the brother of "Elge", whoever that is. There is a death certificate for Albert Duty, which indicates that he was the son of Duty Reynolds and Sarah Rathbone, both born in Rhode Island. He also had a copy of an 1850 census for Preston, Wayne Co. PA, showing Duty Reynolds, age 55 along with Hannah, 47; Anthony E, 27; Albert D, 18; Solomon, 16; Sarah, 9; Clark, 7; Marie, 25(?) hard to read. The next group listed right under them is Abel Reynolds, 22; Lucy A, 20; Almaette (hard to read), age 1. I assume that my Uncle Frank must have had a reason to save this information, unless he gathered it and then found that it didn't apply. I wish I had been interested in this when he was doing his work. I would love to have talked with him about it. My grandfather, Melvin Anthony Reynolds Sr.'s obituary mentions that both of his grandfathers were Baptist ministers. Unfortunately I don't know the name of either or them. Well, I've gone on for quite a while. Better sign off. Thanks again. Barb Reynolds Lucas - [email protected]

    3. This is what caught my eye in the list. Do you have info on George Reynolds? "But what really caught my eye was the name Roberts, because one of the 2 possible Indian lines is a Mary Phinney who m. George Reynolds." It is possible that George Reynolds is from my Reynolds line. I have a George M. Reynolds, born circa 1839, died Feb 1864. He was the son of Albert G. & Elizabeth C. (Ely) Reynolds, and brother of Joseph Lee Reynolds. Laura (Reynolds) Tyler Yuba City, California [email protected]

    3. Hi, In your church records might there be any reference to marriage between Ezra CROFUTT and Olive Eudorah PARKS? Probably would have been late 1852 or early 1853? Also Olive was daughter of Thomas PARKS and Elizabeth BINGHAM. Anyone else researching these families? Thanks Patti
