He was born in NY in 1922. His parents were Albert and Mary per the 1930 census. He had another son Victor on that census. Rev Passage was the minister of Georgiaville Baptist Church, RI, when I was young, late 1940's. His family was very friendly with mine and so he stayed in touch after relocating and had sent pictures of his family. If there is anyone in touch with any of his family who would like a copy of these, please let me know and I'll scan them and e-mail to interested parties.
