Barb Obviously the cemetery, connected with Saint Peter's Lutheran & Reformed Church south of Globe Mills (actually next to the cemetery; the building no longer exists) took the same nickname as the church because of the prominence of the SEIBER/ZIEBER family which worshiped there. There are some buried in the cemetery there as you may well know. Churches in Snyder County (and their adjoining cemeteries) were often known not by their ecclesiastical names but by the name of a prominent family attending there. I think I need to get a church page up on the Snyder County PAGenWeb site with the church names and their alternatives.
