My information to date is: JOHN THOMAS was b. 16 Jan 1832 (unknown birthplace) He d. 8 Aug 1905 and is buried in Globe Mills Cemetery, Middlecreek twp., Snyder Co., Pa. On 22 Dec 1864 John married Amanda C. MUSSER, who was b. 24 Dec 1847 in Franklin twp, Pa. Amanda d. 11 Sep 1916 and is also buried in Globe Mille Cemetery. Their children were: 1. WILLIAM HENRY THOMAS b. 24 Sep 1866 Centre twp, Snyder Co. Married MARY ALICE HECKMAN 2. James F. Thomas b. 11 Sep 1876 & d. 22 Jan 1881 3. Mathias D. Thomas d. 10 Feb 1892 4. Cloyd Thomas 5. Jonathan M. Thomas b. 20 Mar 1865 Kreamer, Snyder Co., d. 14 Feb 1951 Married Sara E. Bickhart 6. John S. "Fred" Thomas b. 1865 & d. 1935. Married Emma __________ 7. Annie Thomas m. Joseph Diehl 8. Herman Thomas I'd like to push John back a generation or so, but have no clue as to where he originated. I have found no mention of him prior to his death. He was a farmer. Can anyone help?
