I would like to thank all of those who gave me advice concerning my just completed trip to Union and Snyder Counties in search of Frederick Zieber and his family. The advice was all good and the people at both courthouses and historical societies were more than friendly and more than helpful. I was very impressed with the amount of information the two historical societies had available. I do understand that that reflects the hard work and dedication of their members. Thanks to the information I got at the Snyder County Historical Society I was able to go to the Globe Mills Cemetery and see the grave stones for Daniel and Elizabeth Zieber. I was able to bring back pictures for my 95 year old father-in-law and tell him that this is where his grandfather and great grandparents lived. Thank you all! Cynthia Zieber
