I also found John in 1850 (Union County - was probably filtering for Snyder on earlier searchs) Perry twp. He was living with John Mark, aged 56, a farmer, and wife Christiana, aged 59. John is listed as 20 years old and a laborer. The next household is a David Mark, aged 25 and his family; I'm guessing another of John and Christiana's sons. This was at M432 - 831 - Page 114. In 1840, John Mark was still in Perry twp, Union County - M704 - 496 - Page 389. Lists males - 1 aged 40-50 (John),one 5-10, and one 10-15. Females - 1 aged 0-5, one aged 5-10, one aged 10-15, and one aged 30-40. I also think Benj F's father must have died early - I'm going to check my cemetery records and marriage records to see if I can find anything... Steve
