It would appear that the Henry I mentioned wasn't the same one, but he could be related to Lovina's husband. I don't think there was a will, but a newspaper article says he drowned in McVeytown, before Nov. 23, 1870, and there was a grand jury empaneled to investigate. There may be a record of that.
