I am seeking information on George W. Cramer, who lived in what is now Monroe Township, Snyder County, Pa., in the 1820s or so. One source says he may have come from Berks or Bucks County, Pa. (a guess based on census records, I assume). Floyd's "Genealogical and Biographical Annals" indicates George W. Cramer "came to his death by foul play, being found dead in a strip of woods with a wound in his head." His children were Reuben (born in 1816), Sallie (married to John Gingrich) and Nathan (born in 1818). Any information on this family would be greatly appreciated.
