    1. [PASNYDER-L] Website Adoption-Search is Over!
    2. Andrew J Reichenbach
    3. The search is over! I have found the replacement for website coordinator for the Snyder County page. Logan Garth Swanger has offered to take over the site once again and I see no better person to do this. His management should be fairly immediate so let's all welcome him back. I thank everyone who emailed me about volunteering your help with the site; the response was very positive, especially in the short time the offer was out there! Thanks also to everyone who submitted names for the various pages and used the site for research. I hoped it had positive results for all of the sites users! Good luck to all in your searches and I hope that you find everything (and everyone) you are searching for! Thanks again! Andy Reichenbach Welcome back Logan!

I was born and reared in Northumberland, the boro of. Also, been up there to Middleburg and stopped at a gas station, asked the girls outside if any were a Stuck and sure enought, they were. then ate at the 1950's little restaurant and there was this hugh, loud guy there, so after he left I asked theowners if he was a Stuck, and sure enough, yes. The only people I know who are so big and so loud I am related to! Thanks for answering. We have the same lineage to Francis, that's where I decend from Levi (the first Levi) then Waldo, then Levi Dallas, my grandfather, and then my Mom Margaret Mae Stuck. I've joined DAR through this line oh! and DAC too. Thanks for writing cousin, love ya.

    1. [PASNYDER-L] Website for adoption
    2. Andrew Reichenbach
    3. Hi all... Recently, I've had to make the difficult decision of relocating from PA to the Washington DC area due to my career. My work has left me with next to no time for the web site maintenance in the last few months and I fear it is suffering. My new job in the DC area will require even more of my time and I see only negative effects to the web site and what it stands for. So.....I am asking for a volunteer who is willing and able to take over the maintenance and growth of the web site from this point forward. It requires a lot of care and supervision to stay in proper working order. Control over the site requires interacting with the users who wish to add names to the pages (surname, civil war, etc.) modifying the web page files and uploading them in an appropriate amount of time. Knowledge of HTML and / or use of a web site design program is a must to have this responsibility. If anyone has an interest in this and feels they have the knowledge and continuing interest to keep this page alive and thriving, send me an email asap to discuss. Thanks to all... Andy Reichenbach Snyder County PAGenWeb Coordinator http://www.rootsweb.com/~pasnyder/

    3. Hi there, Cousin Noah is very nice and you will surely enjoy your conversation with him. He's my Cousin on my Graybill side and I've chatted a few times with him by phone. The MHSL phone number 1-717-694-3211, he spends most of his time there but I have called him at home as well. The best though is at the Mennonite Historical Society where the books and records are located. He co-authored our "History of a John Graybill Family in America" with Spencer Kraybill 2nd Edition 1982, and thanks to a Graybeal cousin unrelated to my John, I now have a signed copy which I purchased from him. Spencer is deceased now, and may Noah live as long as his namesake because when he leaves this world we Mennonite researchers will have lost a Gem ! I'm continuing and expanding on his Graybill/Krähenbühl reseach and hope to write an updated Graybill book showing our common Graybill/Graybeal/Krebiel/Krähenbühl line from the 12 immigrants back to our earliest origin in Bern, Switzerland. I'll dedicate this book to Cousin Noah on who's shoulders all other Graybill research is founded When you call him tell him Marty Graybill said "Hello" Enjoy your chat, he's a Gem and a Great help, Marty > -----Original Message----- > From: Nelson Sulouff [mailto:zuli@sprintmail.com] > Sent: Saturday, March 16, 2002 8:44 AM > To: PASNYDER-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: Re: [PASNYDER-L] John E. 3. I have quite a few Stuck names from this area of Pa. in my data base, but not the names you mention. Let me point out to you that there were several generations of a very large Stuck family who were members of Niemonds Church in Monroe Twp., Juniata Co. in the time-frame indicated by your inquiry. If you have not investigated this as a possible source of information, you might consider doing that. Mr. Noah Zimmerman, curator of the Mennonite Historical Society Library near McAlisterville in northeast Juniata Co. would be the best person to contact concerning these Stuck families. He does not have E-mail, and I do not have his postal address, but I understand one can leave messages for him through E-mail addressed to the Juniata Co. Historical Society at < juncohis@tricountyi.net >. Hope this helps. Nelson R.
