Please check with your local branch to see if they participate. As you already have the PA State Library website, they have a small article on their participation in the program. To see what is in their collection, do a search with the newspaper title, or a guided search using the word "newspapers" and the name of the community or county {Pottsville or Schuylkill County for example). Not all microfilm can be loaned, but it will surely give ou an idea as to what is available. They also have a researchers list, so that if you can't get the item, someone locally can look at it for you. Again, please post names and dates needed.
