They may still refer to that name as a section of the town, like they currently do Arnot's Addition. I have to check with a contact I have from that area. Mile Hill in Kline Twp. is about 25 minutes north of Saint Clair, near McAdoo, PA, so you don't want that one. If I talk to my contact I'll message you back again. Hope this helps!
