It was purchased for me in the early 1960's and also had my name on it. It looks well made and I remember wearing it on my back. Knapp of Pottsville PA is engraved on the item. My Mother was born and raised in Minersville and my Grandfather worked in Pottsville. I make an annualtrip to this area each year on my motorcycle.
