Sarah Ann Fisher 1883-1919 m. William H Meredith (possibly names after her maternal grandmother) Samuel Alexander Fisher 1887-1920 never married, never had children (maybe named after his paternal grandfather???) Family history states Joshua F Fisher was adopted by a German family (possibly the Crate's and that he was born in Schuylkill Co. The Rose Twp., Jefferson CO., PA 1860 census shows a Joshua Fisher living with John H Crate and his wife Mary Jane Thrush. The Rose Twp., Jefferson CO., PA 1870 census shows a Joshua Fisher living with John H Crate and his wife Elizabeth. Don't know if the Crates are his adopted family or if they are related to our Joshua F Fisher. Don't know where Joshua was in any 1850! Can't find him in any of the 1850 census lists from Jefferson Co or for Schulykill Co. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
