I am looking for info. on my great grandfather, Joe Burns, born in 1898. According to records his mother was Elizabeth Burns of girardville. He did not know his parents and was raised by an O'brien family in girardville. There is a story that she was unmarried and very young and that the fathers last name was Hurley. Would anyone have any info at all on this.
