"Genealogical Data Relating to the German Settlers of Pennsylvania and Adjacent Territory," by Edward W. Hocker 4. "Acta Germanopolis: Records of the Corporation of Germantown Pennsylvania 1691-1701," edited by J. M. Duffin John Humphrey has also done quite a bit of research both hear and in Germany, so you might want to check his works as well. Good Luck!
