Dear List Members: My name is Julian H. Preisler and I reside in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia near Washington, DC. I am a free-lance historian and researcher. I am searching for a person who can take a color photograph of the exterior of Temple Shomrei Habrith located at 2320 Hampton Boulevard in Reading. I am researching American Synagogue Architecture and am in the process of creating an e-Book on the subject. Photo credit will be given to the photographer both in the research project and upon publication. If anyone can do this for me or knows of someone who is willing to assist, please do get in touch with me. Photographs can be digital (preferred), but I can also accept regular print photographs and can scan them into the database. I have photographs of many of the Jewish temples and synagogues in Pennsylvania including the other two temples from Reading, but I would also like to include Shomrei Habrith.
