    3. As a lead-in, I know that some of you woudl prefer to have this done off-list, and I'm sorry if this is inconveniencing others on the list. If I had the addys to email each person privately I would. ~~~~~~ Doris, Let me start off with saying that there are over 50 FUCHS and 30 LOCH names on the ships lists. So, I will not give you those unless you know which Fuchs/Lochs you are interested in. I did find some info in other areas though, which I will put here. In "A Collection of Upwards of Thirty Thousand Names of German, Swiss, Dutch, French and other Immigrants in Pennsylvania from 1727 to 1776" by Prof I. I talks of the extreme poverty among the German-Swiss immigrants and how they had to stay onboard until their fares were paid or someone took them as indentured servants. Johann NIcolas FUCHS was among those listed. I know this is a lot, but imagine if I had added the other 80 names from the ships lists! Peace on this Easter day! Sande Deloch1@cs.com wrote: Hi Sande.
