I just checked my Lehman data and found that a Jeremiah Lehman was born on March 25, 1823, to John George and Maria Lehman in Pine Grove Township, Schuylkill County. He was baptised on June 8, 1823, at Jacob's Lutheran Church in Pine Grove Township with Jacob and Elizabeth Lehman as the sponsors. Six other children were born to John George and Maria Lehman and baptised at Jacob's and St. Peter's Lutheran Church, only 2 miles apart. I found no sign of Jeremiah after his baptism so it could very well be that he relocated.
