He was born July 1864 in England. Their daughter, Lillian was born in Pennsylvania in Dec. 1883. They had another daughter, Minnie who was born August 25, 1892 in Ishpening, Michigan. Minnie moved back to Pa in about 1923. Married Richard T. George.
