Leo, Peter and Mary were likely married in her parish church. As you probably know there were several Catholic churches in a couple miles radius of Pottsville. I've gotten marriage records from St Pat's (Pottsville) from the 1840s. I f you can find Mary's family location you can estimate the closest church where Irish immigrants attended. If the parish lost records from a fire, etc you might get help from the Diocesan headquarters, Philadelphia at first, presently Allentown. Leo H (Colorado). In a message dated 10/12/2007 9:24:43 A.M.
