I've "rescued" an old photograph of Mary E. CLIFF which was taken at the Allen Studio in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1880's with Mary likely only about 3 years old at the time it was taken. CLIFF, age 34, born Nov 1865, married 10 years, born PA, parents born PA, a Railroad Fireman Mary CLIFF, wife, age 32, born July 1867, married 10 years, 3 children/3 living, born PA, parents born Ireland Joseph CLIFF, son, age 9, born Aug 1890, born PA, at School Mary CLIFF, dau, age 8, born Nov 1891, born PA, at School William CLIFF, son, age 3, born Nov 1896, born PA 1910 census of Port Carbon Boro, PA: Joseph CLIFF Sr., age 40, married 22 years, born PA, parents born PA, a Coal Mine Carpenter Mary CLIFF, wife, age 37, married 22 years, 6 children/6 living, born PA, parents born Ireland Joseph CLIFF Jr., son, age 19, born PA, a Coal Mine Laborer Mary CLIFF Jr., dau, age 17, born PA, a Private Family Nurse William CLIFF, son, age 12, born PA Hellen CLIFF, dau, age 7, born PA Gertrude CLIFF, dau, age 5, born PA Edward CLIFF, son, age 2, born PA I am hoping to locate someone from this family so that this precious old photograph can be returned to its rightful place with family.
