Norma, I did get the death certificate from the state of Pennsylvania. You may be able to find general information on the internet about the institution. I don't have knowledge of institutions having cemeteries but it is very possible that they did. In my husband's line his father's cousin had tb and is buried in her hometown cemetery with her mother. My great-grandmother was in a state mental hospital and is buried with her family in Philadelphia. My husband's greatgrandfather is buried in a cemetery in Bethlehem with his wife and his great uncle is buried in a cemetery in Jim Thorpe with his wife.
