I visited the cemetery on Thursday. Tremont only has one Catholic church parish. Immaculate Conception which is on Cherry Alley also just off Clay Street. The cemetery is only a hundred yards or so north east behind the church as the crow flys. Tremonts population is only about 1800 people. Immaculate Conception was founded in 1853. Traveling west on Route 209 from Pottsville, one would take a right turn north on Clay Street. The first right off Clay is Cherry to the church. The second right off Clay is Clay Road, which is the cemetery entrance. I would recommend Mapquest as a reference source over Google Maps, as Google indicates a slightly incorrect location for the church.
