Isn't Higgins spelled Hegins? And isn't it in Hegins Township? The Pennsylvania Line has a Wiggan Station in Mahanoy Twp, Schuylkil Co, in 1900. No Wiggins. Hegins is correct, I lived there for awhile, still have two sisters living there.
