Barbara, Something else to keep in mind if this soldier is buried in the Netherlands and was killed in action in the Netherlands, it is likely he was in the Airborne Troops, as these are about the only US troops that fought in Holland. Would likely be either the 82nd, or more likely the 101st Airborne. This might give you another place to look.
