    3. Thanks, Mary Anne. I called the cemetery today and they said that all of the records prior to 1929 were burned up in a fire. So all they have is after 1929. The book you mentioned - what years do those records cover? I got mine at Barnes & Noble or Walden's. The one I have was published in 2001 - I assume it has been updated, but mine still works. The maps are done on a grid system and all maps use the same scale. It cost about $20 and has been well worth it to me. Way more info that a typical road atlas. The minister was Rudolph Duenger of the German Zion's Church in Ashland. Her father is Johann Michael Barth. Several questions: 1. Are records available for German Zion's Church or Rev Duenger? 2. Is this church still standing in Ashland? 3. Does anyone have records for Ashland area cemeteries? 4.Johann Michael Barth died October 29, 1878 somewhere in the area. I need his burial place. 5. Magdalenea Frederica Barth died September 25, 1886 in the same area. I do not know where she is buried. 6. Jacob Kerbel died somewhere in the area before 1885. I need to know where he is buried and the exact date of his death. Thanks for any and all help. Judy in Alfred, NY
