    3. There were no George Mortiz Hartmans but I found 3 Georg Hartmans who emmigrated between 1727 and 1776. Thery were in "A Collection of Upwards of Thirty Thousand Names of German, Swiss, Dutch, French and other Immigrants in Pennsylvania from 1727 to 1776" by Prof I Daniel Rupp. Page 73: Georg HARTMAN (under 16) - Aug 11, 1732 "Samuel of London" Hugh Peircy, Master, from Rotterdam and last from Cowes. He was travelling with a J.H.HARTMAN. Page 290: Georg HARTMAN -Oct 23, 1752 "Bawley" George Grove, Capt, from Rotterdam, last from Portsmouth. Page 410: Georg HARTMAN - Sept 27, 1773 "Union" Bryson, Master, from Rotterdam, last from Plymouth. There were a number of HARTMANs listed as immigrants, in "The Pennsylvania Germania..." by HW Kriebel, during different years but most had not first name mentioned or they were not George's. Hope this helps. 3. Hi Judy, My CatharineHittle was born March 9, 1826, and died October 6, 1882, she is buried in Columbia County, Her grandmother was also Catherine Hittle by marriage, she was born in 1811 but died in 1894, she is buried in Lehigh, PA. The Hittles go back to the days of the colonists before 1776, so I'm sure there were lots of Catherines. Do you have anyone else in the Hittle family? Can you give me some dates of Mary Frew? I do not have any info at this time on John or David Crossman. But I'm sure it will connect. I do not have all of the children. Having dates will help since there are several Mary Frews. I remember seeing Crossman in my research. I have some info in my research books on Fetterolf if you are interested.
