    3. Hi Richard, Please forgive me for taking so very long to respond to you. And I am sorry that waiting all this time I do not have any information to give to you. This family is only distantly related to me so I have not pursued any more information than what I have on the web and that information came from The American Boyers Vol II writen by Donald Boyer, I am sure you are familiar with that source if you do any Boyer research. I am sorry that I cannot be of more help. Arlean -----Original Message----- From: paschuyl-bounces@rootsweb.com [mailto:paschuyl-bounces@rootsweb.com] On Behalf Of Richard Emlin Reed Sent: Thursday, January 04, 2007 9:24 PM To: paschuyl@rootsweb.com Subject: [PASCHUYL] Samuel and Salome (Lutz) Boyer Salome Lutz was baptized on 7 Sep 1812, sponsored by John and Magdalena Wethstein, according to the records of a McKeansburg church. Salome and Samuel Boyer were married on a date unknown to me. She died before 23 Jan 1849, the date of her father's will. Samuel was born in 1799, according to the 1860 Census. The 1840 Census shows a Samuel Boyer, 40-50, in East Brunswick Township, with a female 20-30 and others; Samuel was 41 and Salome was 28 in 1840. This puts Salome's death between 1 Apr 1840 and 23 Jan 1849. The 1850 and 1860 Censuses show Samuel as a widower. I need Samuel's and Salome's vital statistics, their marriage date and place, and their burial place(s). Your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. 3. Jerry A Google search for Hetrick Family in Pennsylvania brought several hits. Try looking at "Hetrick Family History of Sandusky County Ohio". There is a first and second edition. This follows family from Germany to Pennsylvania and on to Ohio. There is a Christopher with a 1704 birth date, Germany to Berks County. 2. Am interested in finding more information about my great grandfather's first wife. I recently located my gg father and his first wife on immigration ship's lists. They arrived in New York on 11 Jan, 1854 from Mecklenburg, Germany. Their names: Friedrich LUDEMANN b. Dec. 1824, Germany Friedericke (ZIMMERMAN?) LUDEMANN b. about 1834, Germany I believe they settled in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Within two years of arriving in the United States, Friedericke gave birth to a son, Robert LUDEMANN, b. about 1857. His mother, Friedericke died soon after giving birth. Friedrich then hired my g grandmother, Caroline RUNGE to care for the baby. Friedrich and Caroline were married on 25 April 1858, and they went on to have 13 more children. They were farmers near Gordon/Ashland/Lavelle, PA and, in 1880, they immigrated to Wright County, Minnesota. Do any of you Zimmerman researchers have more information on my Friedericka Zimmerman? 3. Darla.....I too have research interest at Pineswamp or Repp's Church. Unfortunately, I have no information on TAYLOR or KROUSE. I'm wondering if you learned of this church through the UNGER translation of the church records which appear in the Rise & Dellock "SCHUYLKILL COUNTY Vital Records Vol 1 pp's 435-455. I see some THEALER(TAYLOR) entries in baptisms. The reason for my response is that when I was actively pursuing info on Pineswamp and trying to find a more precise location (I drove around the area extensively about 8 yrs ago) I was able to find a map at the Schuylkill County Hist Soc, with the help of staff Leo Ward which names & locates many homesteads, etc as well as the church. Taylor is not on it, nor is my interest (HERTZOG). But if you are at a brick wall, and my understanding is that no other documents are believed to have survived, then this map may interest you. Last night I sent you a reply with 2 scanned images of the map as attachments, but the list has informed me that they will not forward to you because it exceeded the file size allowed, by quite a lot. So this morning I've been trying to compress the images to resend, but my viewer shows poor results. They are totally unreadable. So I thought that rather than struggle with it just yet I'd just ask if you have an interest in this map. I'll wait to hear.
