    3. Jonas (Stine) Stein was married to Lydia Mauier beside the daughters listed on the 1880 census they also had a daughter Lillian who was married in 1879 at St. John the Baptisit Church in Pottsville to John Joseph Hornung shortly after 1880 census when my grandfather was born they had moved to Ashland and by 1890 they were living in Philadelphia. Lillian Stein Hornung died Jan. 20, 1916 at Woman Hospital of Phila after being hospitalized for two years nine months according to her death certificate. At their marriage in 1879 a Delmaria Stein was witness...it's possible this witness was from Center PA as I found a similar name listed in the 1870 census. I have a picture of great grandmother Lillie and John Joseph Hornung which was probably taken shortly before her hospital stay...be happy to scan and send it too you if your interested. Seems the spelling went from Stein to Stine in different census as well as in the death certificate indicates Stein. Have you managed to find more on the Stein line as to when they immigrated etc?
