Hill in Nelson County, Va. on 7-27-1844. George M. Parr and Eliza and children Martha, Mary Ann, and James appear in the 1850 Census of Botetourt County. My great grandfather George W. Parr was born later abt. 1857 he married Nannie Holt Parr at the residence of Charles Britt or Britts on 8-13-1883. He died after his last child was born in 1907 or after buried??? somewhere in Botetourt County, Va. His sisters were married in 1872 and since shown married at home of Eliza Parr, I am sure Marion George or George Marion was dead and also buried somewhere in Botetourt as I am sure Eliza Parr is also.
