Seth, I found the geocities tree linked on Proud to be Parr as belonging to Wanda Qualls. Somewhere in the middle of the tree I noticed an email address of wandaq@texas.net. Possibly the author of the tree? I am looking for info on the Marcus Parr she listed in Franklin, GA., b. 1810. His children were listed as numbers 87 thru 93 or 94. Possibly one of these children moved to Arkansas. I'm tracking a William Parr, b. Apr 1868 in AR. In the 1900 census of Cooke county, TX, William says both his parents born in GA. William wound up owning and running a cafe in the Los Angeles, CA area in his later years. His granddaughter Juana Veldeen Parr married James H.
