Parr's from Canada My GGGrandfather was Anthony Parr Married Margaret Martin Lived inMadoc Ontario they had 7 children... 1.Louis married Beacom moved to Michigan 2. Mary Jane married Anthony Ham (stayed in Ontario) 3.Isaiah married Martha Weaver moved to Tocoma Washington had (3 children 5 grandchildren) 4.Alfred married Margaret Miller stayed in Ontario 5.Frank married Annie Bull stayed in Ontario 6. Sara married William Merrill stayed in Ontario 7. Leonora married Tom Thurston stayed in Ontario... Anthony was French spoke very little English and the stories are he and 1or2 brothers walked the rails to Madoc about the time of a small gold rush..He was born 1826 died 1912 I can not find any lines in Quebec...
