Vern, I do show Whiting Parks as the fourth son of Jonathan and Mary (Whiting) Parks. I show him born 1735, died about 1801 Dutchess Co., NY. I indicate he was in the Revolutionary War, 6th Regt., Dutchess Co., NY and that he married Mary Sutherland. Fred actually has as much or more detail than I do. I am trying to prove or disprove that Whiting Parks had a brother named Jonas, born in CT in 1738 who also served in the 6th Regt., Dutchess Co. I have nothing on Whiting's children, but will look through information I may not have entered to see if Sarah shows up.
